The monthly plan

There is one Starter plan, with two ways to pay. Pick whichever suits your cash flow. Both are month to month.

Both include your website hosted and live, your catalogue, orders, enquiries and forms, bookings, and the dashboard you run it all from.

If your site grows

Your plan covers a site of up to 1 GB, which is more room than most small businesses ever use. If you add a lot of photos or video, the price steps up a band. We tell you before you move up, never after.

Selling is free

Zaai takes no commission on your sales. Receiving orders, taking payments and sending order emails cost you nothing on top of your plan.

You connect your own payment provider, such as Yoco, PayFast or Paystack, and your customers pay you directly into your own bank account. Zaai never holds your money and is never in the middle of it. Your payment provider charges you their own fees, which are between you and them.

Credits

Credits, written ✦, pay for the AI work and nothing else. You buy them in packs whenever you need them, and they never expire.

Bigger packs cost less per credit. What uses credits:

• Building or rebuilding your site with AI.
• Generating images for your pages and products.
• AI edits and rewrites, when you ask Zaai to change something for you.
• Your brand book, the full written guide to your colours, fonts and voice.

Free, always, no credits needed:

• Receiving orders and taking payments.
• Order and enquiry emails to you and your customers.
• Editing your own words and prices by hand.
• Adding, changing and removing products.

Cancelling

Both ways of paying are month to month. There is no contract, no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Read the refund and cancellation policy for how refunds work and how to ask for one.
