The monthly plan

Every plan is month to month. It pays automatically by card each month, with no commitment at all. Stop whenever you like and your plan stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for.

Every plan includes your website hosted and live, your catalogue, orders, enquiries and forms, bookings, and the dashboard you run it all from.

Already on Starter, at R450 on six months or R549 month to month? Nothing changes for you. Your plan and its price stay exactly as they are.

These plans are for accounts created from 25 October 2026. If you signed up before then and have not started a plan yet, the plan page inside Zaai Studio shows the plans and prices for your account.

If your site grows

Your plan covers a site of up to 1 GB, which is more room than most small businesses ever use. If you add a lot of photos or video, the price steps up a band. We tell you before you move up, never after.

Selling is free

Zaai takes no commission on your sales. Receiving orders, taking payments and sending order emails cost you nothing on top of your plan.

You connect your own payment provider, Yoco or Paystack, and your customers pay you directly into your own bank account. Zaai never holds your money and is never in the middle of it. Your payment provider charges you their own fees, which are between you and them.

Credits

Credits, written ✦, pay for the AI work and nothing else. You buy them in packs whenever you need them, and they never expire.

You start with 250 ✦ free. That covers your brand kit and the written brand book that comes with it, so you can see the colours, type and voice Zaai designs for your business before you pay anything.

Bigger packs cost less per credit. What uses credits:

• Building or rebuilding your site with AI.
• Generating images for your pages and products.
• AI edits and rewrites, when you ask Zaai to change something for you.
• Your brand book, the full written guide to your colours, fonts and voice.

Free, always, no credits needed:

• Receiving orders and taking payments.
• Order and enquiry emails to you and your customers.
• Editing your own words and prices by hand.
• Adding, changing and removing products.

How to start a plan

Signing up is self-serve and free, and so is your brand kit. Building your website and putting it live are what a monthly plan is for. When you are ready for a plan or more credits, choose one on the billing page inside Zaai Studio and pay by card. A plan renews each month on the card you saved. A credit pack is a once-off payment.

Cancelling

Month to month has no commitment. Cancel whenever you like. No contract, no minimum term, no cancellation fee.

The six-month Starter option, which the owners already on it keep, is a fixed term. South African consumer law still lets you end a fixed-term agreement early by giving us 20 business days' written notice. If you do, a cancellation charge applies: we charge back the discount you received, R99 for each month you have already been billed on the six-month price.

If you tell us within 7 days of your first payment that Zaai Studio is not for you, we will refund that payment in full. Read the refund and cancellation policy for how refunds work and how to ask for one.
